Now it's time to pull together all the bits we need before we go to market. We help you build out your EVP with a one page summary document, job specification and advert optimisation before we begin our search.

Pre sourcing - research & market mapping

We utilise our networks, and AI across all digital mediums to  identify a pool of active and passive candidates who fit the agreed brief. We aim to unearth all possible candidates from a range of sources, leaving no stone unturned at the research stage. 

Sourcing - outreach / approach

We begin to approach the stand out candidates identified in the research stage, encouraging them to engage with our process.

Shortlist presentation

We present you with a shortlist of candidates that closely match our agreed criteria. We aim for 3 or 4 standout individuals but this isn't always possible. We will only ever present you with people we know you will want to meet. Quality is our only metric at this stage.

Offer management

We will ensure all candidates are well briefed, diaries are managed to ensure a smooth interview process as well as providing quality feedback and offer management.
