We're partnering with a highly regarded, values-led consumer brand to recruit a Management Accountant into a growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys getting into the detail, partnering with stakeholders and helping drive business performance.
The Opportunity
This role offers far more than month end reporting. You'll play a key role in providing insight to the wider business, improving processes and supporting strategic decision making within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts for multiple entities
- Producing meaningful analysis and commentary on performance
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitoring performance against budget and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Business partnering with operational teams across the organisation
- Conducting cost and profitability analysis
- Supporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives
- Assisting with audit requirements and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who are:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Experienced in preparing management accounts within a fast-paced environment
- Strong users of Excel and finance systems
- Commercially minded and naturally curious
- Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on and keen to improve processes
- Comfortable working independently whilst also being a collaborative team player.
