They are now looking for a Management Accountant to join their Stow-On-The-Wold finance team on a fixed term contract of six months or more, supporting the next phase of growth through accuracy, insight and collaboration.

You will work closely with the Group Finance Manager and operational leaders to bring clarity and insight to financial performance across multiple brands. Expect variety, visibility and the chance to contribute to a business that values balance, creativity and responsible growth.
What you will do
• Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary on financial results
• Partner with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure accuracy
• Support annual budgets and regular forecasting
• Analyse performance trends and identify risks or opportunities
• Drive efficiency and improvements in financial processes
• Support audit preparation and compliance with FRS102
• Present clear, actionable insights to non finance teams
What we are looking for
• Qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and FRS102
• Advanced Excel and experience using financial systems such as Sage
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Confident working with senior stakeholders in a collaborative environment
• Commercially aware and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
