  The Role

Joining this fast-growing, internationally trading drinks brand at an exciting stage of its journey, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and improving the finance function. Working alongside the CEO, senior leadership team, and an experienced board, you’ll ensure the business is well-positioned for its next phase of growth.

Your role will be both hands-on and strategic, covering everything from day-to-day financial management to high-level commercial decision-making. You'll develop relationships with key funding partners, participate in board-level strategy discussions, and play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function for the future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.

  • Managing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support commercial decision-making.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to provide insight and recommendations on business performance.

  • Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and relationships with lenders and investors.

  • Providing financial leadership to ensure the company is well-prepared for further expansion.

  What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least three years of post-qualification experience.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data and translate it into strategic recommendations.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing SME environment, ideally within FMCG, drinks, or a similar product-led industry.

  • Exceptional Excel skills and an understanding of complex forecasting models.

  • The ability to confidently engage with C-suite stakeholders and present financial insights in a clear, compelling manner.

  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to enhance financial efficiency and support business growth.
